Got two bamboos and excited to cook them in my soup

I bought it because I wanted to eat fresh bamboo shoots, but it was a lot of work to peel them and boil them... And there was only a small part that was edible, so it was disappointing 😢

Pickled fresh, a must-do tradition in spring. All raw materials are purchased online here. The fresh bamboo shoots are relatively fresh. It is not recommended to buy pork belly. Hunan bacon is good.
