my favorite shoyu for cooking! came packaged well with no leaks and good beat by date. compared to competitors like kikkoman, i like this better as it is less salt flavored and is slightly sweeter with more depth, leading to an excellent flavor in nabes and dishes like nikujaga. the color is redder and richer than other comparable shoyu on the market. well worth the price!
