山椒が好きなので、山椒のオイル⁈と思って初購入しました。お肉、野菜を炒める時ピリっとさせたいときに使ってみたいと思います。 思っていたよりかなり大きいボトルです！

Great value. A little goes a long way. Tingly and numbing. We use it in popcorn and as a finishing drizzle in stir fry or dan dan noodles.

Completely in love with this Sichuan pepper oil. It has the perfect level of numbing spice and the flavour is delicious. I've been adding it to all sorts of foods and will purchase it again when I run out

It's super potent - just a single drops makes my tongue feel tingly. I love it!
