Yibenxian Spring Onion Thin Pie 10pcs*60g 600 g

I made these along with the remainder of my scallion pockets. I'm not too familiar with these pancakes, but they're really thin, and supposed to made with a thin layer of beaten egg underneath. I didn't know what kind of seasoning was in the pancake, so I didn't add anything to my egg, but should've added some salt, because there really isn't too much flavor aside from some mild sweetness from the egg. Overall, it's still tasty and very fragrant.

The pancake was too chewy for my taste. Maybe I should have eaten it right away after taking it out of the pan.

Very thin. Make sure to wrap it while it's warm

Need to find the right way to cook things, otherwise will be hard to chew. Maybe needs some pan steaming?
