I usually made my how frozen tofu. This is the first time I buy it. It looks good to me.

Classic stable adding into hot pot! Absorbs a bunch of the broth or sauce and it’s super yummy!

Used it for hotpot. Just OK to me.

Texture of this tofu is interesting. It’s more like dry tofu than normal fresh tofu as it has a bit spongey texture, not soft like fresh tofu. Good to try though.

Frozen tofu is OK. Cut it into small pieces for easy use. I will put some in spicy salad.
