It’s my first time trying a Japanese oatmeal. It’s super quick and easy. I just poured hot water up until the “fill line” and it was ready to eat. At first glance it seems very low calorie at 320, but the amount of oatmeal inside is not at all enough for a light breakfast. It is a snack portion which didn’t fill me up at all. I’d recommend eating it with a bagel(or half a bagel) with half cream cheese and half jam. Add a yogurt on the side, and it’d be a good breakfast.

Delicious! Lots of black sesame and walnuts; just enough chia seeds. Flavorful, but not too sweet. A quick, easy, and hearty/healthy way to start the day. Not sure I would call this oatmeal, because there is little to no noticeable oats. But I will just add some of my own next time. Will order again.

This was sooo good but if you don’t like the taste of stevia this is not for you. Would’ve been 5 stars if it weren’t for that lingering stevia aftertaste
