This is second purchase. Always buy during on sale. The drink is good for health. Always drink in the early morning before start my day...no strong taste ... and its easy to drink.

It tastes so bad

Comes with shaker inside the box. Individually portioned so it's convenient. Taste is just so so, doesn't really blend into water that well so it has grainy texture left.
