Brewing Guide:
It is recommended to use Gaiwan/Teapot for brewing.
1.Put 5g tea.
2.Prepare 100 ℃ (212°F) pure water.
3.Soak in 1 courses for 10s, 2-6 courses for 5-10s, 6-12 courses for 10-15s, and 12 courses for 15s-30s.
The more times you brew, the longer the soaking time will be. If you feel bitterness, you can properly reduce the soaking time or reduce the amount of tea you add.
The tea leaves are pressed into cakes through steam. The first course is not drunk but used as washing tea.
