A recipe comes from my beloved Auntie. We were best friends since I was young, spending great time cooking in my Nana kitchen. We were inspired the love of cooking from my Nana. Although we don’t live with or nearby each others, we’ll always stay in each others heart forever. Ube soup reminds me a memory when we went to the market with Nana, felt so excited seeing a lot of food there, we helped Nana holding a lot of bags coming back home, and cooked together. We used live small shrimps for Ube soup and the spot light is the herb called “Ngò ôm”, the smell is so fragrant and authentic. I hope I could send some love from my kitchen to you by this video.

Một công thức đến từ Dì yêu quý của tôi. Chúng tôi là bạn thân từ khi tôi còn nhỏ, dành thời gian nấu ăn tuyệt vời trong nhà bếp Nana của tôi. Chúng tôi đã truyền cảm hứng yêu thích nấu ăn từ Nana của tôi. Mặc dù chúng ta không sống cùng hoặc gần nhau, nhưng chúng ta sẽ luôn ở trong trái tim nhau mãi mãi. Món súp Ube gợi cho tôi một kỷ niệm khi chúng tôi đi chợ với Nana, cảm thấy rất thích thú khi thấy rất nhiều đồ ăn ở đó, chúng tôi đã giúp Nana xách rất nhiều túi trở về nhà và cùng nhau nấu ăn.
