The Yellow Croaker with Roe, arrived still frozen rock solid, packed in ice. This is a repeat order. You haven’t to removed the scales, gut and fins yourself. It isn’t difficult to clean. I cleaned , washed with vinegar and salt. I place the roe back into the fish, to show how big it is. This is a soft mellow and delicious white meat fish. I prepared it with onion, garlic, bell pepper, tomato, fresh oregano and Red Curry Paste. I drizzled lemon juice at the end of the cooking. It was served with rice. It was quite delicious. One fish made 2 servings. I highly recommend trying this fish, if you don’t mind the cleaning of it. I’m definitely going to purchase again. 👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️😋🤤😋🤤

I bought 4, and only cooked 2. Very good buy, only have to gut and clean yourself. The inside has good eggs. I pan fried for my kids. Flour, salt and pepper and garlic powder! 😋
