This is my first time using this black bean sauce to make Taiwan style fried fish with black bean sauce. It’s my made-up flavor so I am not sure about I use the black bean properly. But it turned out to be my family favorite!

For Boston lobster sauce. I have to blend the beans though. I don’t like them whole.

This preserved black bean is very good and convenient for cooking anything. It’s yummy and I made Dim Sum spare ribs today with it. It came out perfect
