very good seasoning mix! Best when used to marinate chicken with. Inside a box has a lot of individual little packet. In this photo, I used this spiced seasoning to make a marinated shredded chicken dish, using chicken thigh meat. Pan fry with skin side down and cover with lid to steam fry. The skin becomes very crispy and crunchy. Then shred the chicken meat and toss it with some sesame oil and sesame seeds. Great to go with the bowl of rice or some noodles. You can use this seasoning to marinate chicken wings for barbecuing on a grill as well. Just add soy sauce with the seasoning and marinate overnight.
