This egg tastes decent but I was expecting more of a Japanese ramen type egg. The taste of the egg gives a Chinese like Aroma which is decent for a snack but not if you were trying to take shortcuts making ramen sides. Won't repurchase personally.

Personally I don’t really like it. If you like something a little salty and chewy with mushy inside then this is good.

The texture is similar to braised eggs (or braised pork with eggs), with both salty and sweet flavors.

I opened one of the packages of the marinated eggs (I ordered 2 packs) last night and ate 3 of the individual packs of eggs. I just found out the rest of the eggs are covered with mold this morning, I feel so disgusted and unsettled because I don’t even know if the 3 eggs that I had were contaminated with mold or not. The product is still within the storage period, the question is how did you store the products!
