It SLAPS! spicy, sweet, zingy, fermenty. exactly what I needed to wake up my taste buds. a little goes a long way! I can see myself adding this to everything to round off the flavours - curry, eggs, marinade, compound butter, the possibilities are endless!

Almost bagoong. This is the closest flavor I found to real bagoong. It's spicy and sweet, but the texture is too gritty
