Good and salty. I always have some in my pantry. There are more ways to use these salted mustard greens of course but personally I mostly just dump it into whatever soup I'm eating. Have also eaten with tomato eggs and rice. An indispensable staple.

This pickled vegetables is very good, and is a must for dan dan noodles. I buy them repeatedly.
