Hokkaido Kenso Konbu Dashi Bonito Plus 300ml is a concentrated liquid dashi made by dissolving whole konbu root from Hidaka, Hokkaido, over three days, and adding seafood extract from bonito flakes (bonito flakes, mackerel flakes, and brown horse mackerel flakes). Its refined flavor combines the rich umami of konbu root with the rich flavor of bonito flakes, creating a rich dashi in a short amount of time. It uses minimal chemical seasonings to preserve the natural flavor, and contains ingredients such as salt, seasonings (amino acids, etc.), pH adjusters, and thickening polysaccharides. It is easy to use in a variety of Japanese dishes, including miso soup, simmered dishes, hotpots, and stir-fries, and is popular as a seasoning that brings out the flavor of ingredients.
