Ingredients: sugar, oatmeal, japonica rice, black sesame, poria cocos, white lentils, job's tears (Chinese pearl barley), lotus seeds, Chinese yam, ginseng (cultivated), licorice, orange peel, ballon flower, cardamom seeds

Suggested use: mix and boiled water (over 86°C or 185°F) and stir clockwise for 1-2 minutes until it becomes mushy.

Caution: children under the age of 14, pregnant or breast-feeding women do not take.  No more than 6 packs per day.
