WEEE! MOTHER’S DAY RAFFLE 2025

SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES


NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN IN THE WEEE! MOTHER’S DAY RAFFLE 2025 (“Sweepstakes”). A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT MAY 2, 2025 AT 12:00AM PACIFIC AND ENDS AT MAY 15, 2025 AT 11:59PM PACIFIC (“Sweepstakes Deadline”).

1. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. All entries must be submitted no later than Sweepstakes Deadline by either (a) placing any order of at least $68 in aggregate between May 2, 2025 and the Sweepstakes Deadline or (b clicking on https://docs.google.com/forms and submitting information as requested (“AMOE”). Each order placed shall be eligible for one entry. Only one email address shall be eligible per entry through the AMOE.

No illegible, incomplete, forged or altered or mechanically reproduced, facsimile or photocopied entries will be accepted. Not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries, all of which are void. All entries become the exclusive property of Weee! Inc. (“Sponsor”) and will not be returned. By entering these sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decision of Weee!, which shall be final in all matters.

2. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winners will be determined from all eligible entries received by the Sweepstakes Deadline in a random drawing on the Sweepstakes Deadline (the “Drawing”). The Drawing will be conducted by representatives of Sponsor whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. All winners will receive a winning notification email from Weee. Please make sure to fill in the email accurately.

3. PRIZES AND ODDS: There will be eighteen (114) prizes awarded as follows:

  • One winner will win the Gold Prize, which will be a FOTILE ChefCubii countertop convection steam combi oven (ARV: $500) ;
  • Three winners will each receive the Sliver Prize, which is a STAUB Cast iron 4-qt round cocotte 4-qt, LULLABUY Pure natural mulberry silk duvet, or Plamine Japan Anti hair loss comb for both dry and wet (Random one prize, ARV: $350);
  • Ten winners will each receive the Brozen Prize, which is a  Prince of Peace USA POP American ginseng 5 year root slices 3oz x 3bag 1 each or Prince of Peace USA Japanese hokkaido deer horn shaped reishi 1 box;(Random one prize (ARV: $150);
  • One hundred winners will each receive the Lucy Prize, which is a  Leivy Naturally body shampoo lavender & peal (ARV: $10).

The prizes are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) OF ALL PRIZES: The Total retail value of all prizes, excluding taxes, is $4,050. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received by the Sweepstakes Deadline. All prizes will be awarded (assuming sufficient number of eligible entries.) Limit: one prize per person, family or household. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Sponsor is responsible only for prize delivery. Sponsor is not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of winners.The return of any prize or if the prize is underliverable may result in disqualification an alternate winner may be selected. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, age 18 or older, except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor and its affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies. Void where prohibited.

5. VERIFICATION OF WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Winners shall be required to sign a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability / Publicity Release. Prizes may be awarded to alternate winners if Declarations are not completed at the time that prizes are awarded. Winners agree to Sponsor’s use of Winners’ name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law.

6. GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. These Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of California. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States of America. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend these Sweepstakes if any cause outside of Sponsor’s control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted on the Weee! website and a random drawing will be held from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such time. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant (and his/her Sweepstakes entry) from this Sweepstakes or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if he/she tampers with the entry process or if his/her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials. By participating in these Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that he/she is eligible to participate in these Sweepstakes. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor and its directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activity.

7. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. WINNERS LIST: To obtain a list of winners, send an email message to support@sayweee.com and type “Weee! Mother’s Day Raffle 2025 Winners” in the subject line. Winners list will be sent after selection and verification of winners. Any requests for the list of winners must be received by Weee! by May 22, 2022.
