About Ramen:

This is a non-casein soy sauce ramen supervised by "Yunodai Ramen Restaurant", a popular ramen restaurant in Nikaho City, Akinda Prefecture.

The flavor is abv miso made from figs from the northern limit in Nikaho city.

The flavorless tantan soup is moderately spicy and goes well with Albacore Miso!

The thick noodles made with Akinda Prefecture's primary grain "Ginga no Chikara" are very satisfying.

How to cook:

Boil the noodles in 600 cc of boiling water for 9 minutes (after 4 minutes, gently loosen the noodles). When the noodles are done boiling, turn off the heat, add the soup and stir well. Add the soup and noodles to a bowl, and top with the meat miso topping. Spinach and green onion topping is recommended.
