Palm Jaggery is produced from fresh sap oozing from the cut flower buds of the sap obtained from Palmyra Palm (borassus flabellifer L.).

Palm Jaggery is processed from the unfermented Palmyra tree sap called Neera, which is processed without any chemicals or artificial ingredients.

The sap is collected or "tapped" each day, boiled in large shallow pans to evaporate the water and then concentrated by drying to remove any residual moisture

USAGE: Palm Jaggery can be used as an alternative to sugar.
