made some soup with carrots, broccoli and mushrooms to go with the rice noodles. the noodles had a good chewy bouncy texture. I defrosted then, boiled in water maybe 5 min and rinsed with cold water then add soup.

Banh canh is excellent! The noodles have a perfect chewiness and stayed intact even after cooking, which is impressive. Great texture and flavor—definitely a high-quality product. Highly recommend!
