Not sure if this is authentic Japanese wagyu. Tastes a bit different from crowd cow’s strip loin. Also, it is supposed to be for 1 LB of wagyu but received 0.93oz. Delivery was stated 3:45-5:45pm, but as the time goes by, it changed to 5:45-7:45pm, to 7:15-9:15 and then 8:41 to 10:41pm. I was disappointed because my husband and I were waiting for it for dinner. We sleep at 8:45pm because the kids have school the next day but I had to stay up to wait for the delivery.
