1. Inspection: Products ship from the U.S. Report any defects, missing items, or errors within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and shipping label. Late claims will not be processed.

2. Shipping Accuracy: Buyers are responsible for providing correct contact info. We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.

3. Risk of Loss: Once marked "Delivered," responsibility for loss or theft shifts to the buyer. Please retrieve packages promptly.

4. Carrier Instructions: Any self-initiated changes (e.g., rerouting or "no-signature" requests) with UPS/FedEx are at the buyer’s sole risk.

5. Returns: All sales are final for hygiene reasons. Returns are only accepted for defects or errors. Personal preference, accidental orders, or minor packaging wear are not eligible.

7. Unclaimed Orders: If a package is returned/destroyed due to refusal or non-collection, the buyer covers all costs. No refunds will be issued.
