Beautiful steak amazing marbling

This was amazing !!! Look at that marble !

So good when grilled! Just enough of fat! (Second picture: 2 pieces on the left)

Ordered that for mom. She said is OK.

The marbeling is very balanced. Season it with salt and pepper for 30 min. Easily sear 2 min on each side on a grill pan, rest for 5 min, season with more salt, and a delicious meal is ready. It is not as rich as japanese wagyu, which gives it more of the meat flavor and still super tender.

We grilled the beef skewers. The beef tastes scrumptious.
