Braised Chicken 680g

It's OK. It's different from the traditional taste. It's not the braised chicken flavor I like.

There were about three or four pieces of good meat and the rest were bones, mostly potatoes. The weird thing is that this thing tasted nothing like braised chicken, more like the curry I made with Japanese curry cubes, the only difference was some mushrooms. The thickening was also like curry. It had nothing to do with the braised chicken in my memory.

The taste is good, the soup is mellow, and it is good to eat a bowl of hot water
