The pork knuckle itself is not seasoned well enough. You really have to eat with the sauce. The sauce is average. I made another dipping sauce by myself.

It’s well marinated, the flavor is through all layers of meat, and the dipping sauce is delicious. Unfortunately, the skin and tendon are very tough and hard to chew, it was disappointing.

You sent me the wrong meat.i ordered the ham hock and got prices.

The item I received was a stark constrast to what was advertised. What I received are as in the pictures. I tried and it was not to my liking. I do not recommend.
