This brand has more fat on the shank. Not necessarily a bad thing but I would prefer leaner version. It is fresh and delivered with ice pads.

the beef heel meat (2lb) is very low quality. it was delivered frozen, after thaw, when I took it out of the package, the surface of the meat looked grey in color, and it smells bad. Have to thrown away. It should be zero start if I can do it.

Not like on display. Not fresh.
