Very good noodles, and goes well with hotpot, soup, meatballs, wet things, and dry things. I will definitely purchase again. Although it’s easy to prepare (put it in hot water/soup for a few minutes until soft and… noodle like), I wish it had some kind of instructions in the back ( ;; v ;; ) what if I were new to this???
