A small firm pearl of vibrant orange with a slightly sweet and briny taste delivering a splendid pop. Our domestic trout roe pairs well with a brunch spread, pasta dishes or atop a piece of fish. Spoon and opener not included.
Regiis Ova Caviar (“Royal Egg” in Latin) is affordable and high quality farm-raised caviar from Michelin-starred Chef Thomas Keller. Founded by Keller and caviar expert Shaoching Bishop in 2018, Regiis Ova Caviar is all farmed and sustainably harvested.
Care Instructions: upon arrival, place the caviar and/or roe in the refrigerator (keep in the coldest section, towards the back, of the refrigerator if possible)
Fish roe can be stored in the refrigerator unopened for up to 8 weeks. Once opened, caviar is best enjoyed within 3 days for best flavor
Do not freeze. Serves 8-12 persons.
All orders arrive via FedEx priority overnight, we deliver Tuesday through Friday. Friday orders will deliver the following Tuesday. Because we pack all caviar to order, it will remain fresh 6-8 weeks when stored well. Please note, we are not liable for any delays by the shipping carrier. We are not able to accept any returns or issue refunds.
