I love this Demi-glace sauce for Omurice. This flavor is a beef stock red wine flavor. It would pair well for beef stew. I usually add some water to thin it down.

It's still unopened, but it was leaking. When I opened it, the seal on the top was broken. It's probably best not to use it.

I have purchased it many times. Eat a hamburger steak with demi-glace sauce. If you have any leftover, you can eat it over omelet rice the next day, so it's very convenient and I'm grateful that I can't find demi-glace sauce on sale.
