Upon receiving the package, I was shocked to see that it was packaged in a visibly used and damaged Amazon box. The cake box was damaged and so does the cake. This was deeply disappointing, especially since this was meant to be a gift to my patients. Furthermore, I was taken aback by the vast discrepancy between the product pictures displayed on the website and the actual appearance of the cakes I received. The cakes I received looked nothing like the appealing images that had initially convinced me to make the purchase. This misrepresentation of the product added to my disappointment and frustration.
