I baked in an oven and it was tiny but delicious!

Crispy and delicious when air-fried. Smooth red bean paste inside that isn’t too sweet.

These are among my top 5 sweet treats. The sweet red bean to crunchy exterior ratio is top tier. I personally like more red bean so it’s more suited to my tastes. Plus they cook up golden brown in just a few minutes using the air fryer.

Love how there’s glutinous chewiness on the inside!
