I tried this steamed and it was okay. When I reordered this, I decided to pan fry it with a splash of sweet soy sauce. It’s really good pan fried!

Like the real dimsum, microwave reheat well

I can serve this instantly when you can conveniently have them in your freezer!!! It’s so tasty!

I had high expectations for these spare ribs because of all the great reviews. Perhaps they were too high so I was kind of disappointed when I tried them. They weren't as flavorful as I expected. The meat is tender though but a little light on the seasoning. Fine to eat as dim sum but not the sauce isn't flavorful enough to eat with rice as an entree.

Quick easy meal , sometimes more fat than meat.
