DongDing Oolong is a traditional famous tea in Taiwan, with many stories around it. However, in recent years, it has been somewhat overshadowed by the 'High Mountain Tea' such as Lishan Oolong, with its floral freshness and high-altitude charm.

When I found this DongDing Oolong, it was truly a well-crafted tea, embodying the aroma of roasted rice after heavy kneading, heavy fermentation, and heavy roasting, with a hint of interesting buttery sweetness. What attracted me even more was the thick and sweet glutinous taste, which is not common in Taiwan Oolong. After drinking it, the body feels gentle, completely different from the 'cold and secluded' feel of 'High Mountain Tea', it gives a warm home taste.
