it's not dry. it's very wet. I expected dry dry...bamboo but it's not😫

This is the second time, third bag I bought Love this bamboo so much. This is the best I have ever tasted. It doesn't smell like sulfar It is quite expensive but worth it. Taste awesome with duck vermicelli soup. I will definitely buy it again.

I followed the directions on the packaging that said to soak the shreds and throughly washed them. Despite this, they had a very off-putting chemical preservative smell and aftertaste that ruined the meal I added them to.
