Everbest Japanese Tofu Puff Frozen 500 g 500 g

Although the bag i got wasn’t look the same as the picture but the tofu inside still good.

Looks good but have not tried to use it yet. I will include with my next menu. It is packaged well.

These have great texture. I had to triple check to make sure it was vegan because it texture is like fish tofu, and it was. Would buy again.

Not sure if it's japanese tofu, kind of dense, it's ok. Was thinking it would be softer and more absorbent.

It has a slightly chewy texture and tastes great stir-fried or in hot pot.

This tofu puff is incredibly tender and soft. I prefer it over Chinese tofu puffs. In the air fryer, heat at 400F for 8 minutes and it'll puff up like little pillows. It's delicious eaten plain or with a dipping sauce. It's also delicious in stews. I also use it as a tofu puff with a cold amaranth dressing.
