越式焦糖烤布丁

比预期小。原本以为是像 flan,日式，台式的布丁，但口感比较接近cream brulee,很浓稠。吃一口就腻了

Very very good flan! The flan is very rich, sweet, and dense. While this is being sold from what seems to be a viet restaurant, the flan reminds me of Filipino style leche flan. The portion for the price is excellent. Personally I could do without the mint as it does add some flavor to the area where it sits. It has a slight cheese flavor to it but is not super strong. While it is denser, it does still have a smooth texture and doesn’t taste eggy in any way.
