This reminds me of Dinuguan from home. Will definitely order more.

It's not the typical Bopis that i know of. Original Bopis consists of pork lungs and heart, and liver i think. This one is pork ears & maybe face. However, it's actually good as it is. Not salty.

Bopis is one of our fave dishes back home. i'm happy that we can buy it thru Wee in a convenient form, anytime! just microwave and voila, u already have your fave ulam.
