Bornel– Anti-inflammatory, cooling effect.
Phellodendron – Antibacterial, reduces swelling.
Sanguisorba – Astringent, stops bleeding.
Lidocaine or Tetracaine – Local anesthetic for pain relief (if included).
Vasoconstrictors (e.g., Ephedrine) – May shrink swollen tissues (if included).

Clean the affected area with warm water.
Apply a small amount directly to the hemorrhoid or insert into the anus (for internal hemorrhoids) using the provided applicator.
Use 1–2 times daily or as directed by a physician.
