This cutlet is very authentic and delicious, is good in air fryer or deep fry. Careful not to cook too long, the cutlet will dry out. I will repurchase this when it's on sale.

Hong Yu cuttlefish balls is the best I have ever had in the east coast. It’s with fresh cuttlefish without artificial. It’s made in Taiwan. Good for either hot pot or air fryer. Repurchased for many times.
