Recommended for home use as well as gifts and souvenirs.

 

Delicious way to boil

1. The standard is to use at least 1 liter of water for 100 grams of udon noodles (about 1 serving).

2. Be sure to add the noodles to boiling water. After that, use chopsticks to lightly loosen the noodles to prevent them from sticking together.

3.Adjust the heat so that the udon noodles continue to boil to the point where there is a slight convection, and boil the noodles for a boiling time that suits the way you want to eat them.
