I was really looking forward to this since it’s Jeolla-do kimchi, but I ended up a bit disappointed, especially considering the price. The flavor is decent overall, but the kimchi was overly fermented when it arrived, with a strong sour taste. so I’ll probably end up using it in stews or soups instead
