宫崎牛 日本A5顶级Mizayaki 和牛牛排 BMS 10 (Striploin)
宫崎和牛是日本三大和牛之一。
我们选用的这款宫崎 A5 和牛选自于背脊肋骨中间至尾椎骨末端,是牛肉最嫩的部位肉之一。
日本和牛的等级通常分为A1-A5,A5为最高级。BMS 12 是最高等级,但是家庭食用会偏肥腻。
这款宫崎牛排拥有肉质A5等级, BMS 10+的高评分,肉质无论从色泽、香气、口感都是顶级,所以被称为极品牛。
