It doesn’t have strong smell and very healthy taste. I ordered more already!

Soybean paste was mild(not too salty) which made it easier to adjust salt level to my liking since I am trying to avoid salty food. But if you like that rich, salty soup I recommend adding regular soybean paste on top of it. I threw in some soft tofu, squash, mushrooms and potatoes and spices.
