농협 아름찬 맛김치 No MSG 800 그램

Not sure if I just got a bad batch but the kimchi was almost mushy instead of a nice crispy texture. I guess I’ll just use it for kimchi Jjigae instead bc it is so gross to eat as is. The flavor isn’t bad, just the soft mushy texture of the cabbage is terrible. 김치가 너무 물컹물컹해서 식감이 매우 이상함. 씹으면 어느 정도 바삭(?)함이 있어야 하는데 이 김치는 너무 물컹하다. 맛은 괜찮은것 같은데 식감이 너무 나빠서 그냥 김치찌개 용으로 써야함.

Fermented too much to eat it ad it is. I will need to see if it would be good as kimchi stew or kimchi jeon…

Reorder when on sale. Good for making kimchi fried rice.

Pretty good kimchi. Recognizable list of ingredients without half of them being scientific jargon. More flavorful than other jarred kimchi that are just sour.
