I'm not quite sure what to do. It's a free gift with purchase, so I can't ask for a refund. But it's supposed to be frozen because it's called ICE MOCHI. I tasted the strawberry one, and it's all watery, and the bottom has a thin piece of something hard, which makes me feel icky.
