Overall the noodles were okay with the texture and flavor. I expected it to be more sour but sadly it wasn’t. The pickled cabbage was saltier than sour so if you don’t like it too sour then you might like this.

Good sour and salty flavor

I like the noodles of this ramen. When I'm craving something sour, this hits the spot. To me it taste even better when you add in the beef stew package.

It tastes so good.
