A spice seasoning characterized by the aroma derived from fermentation using sake lees
This is a fermented spice seasoning made with sake lees from Niigata Prefecture.
By adding the flavors of onion and lemon, a clean aftertaste and excellent aroma are brought out.
It can be used in Jamaican jerk chicken, as well as for seasoning meat dishes and stir-fries, resulting in a spicy and aromatic finish.
