These are delicious and handy to keep in the freezer. You can toss them into soup, hot pot, etc.

Everything was slightly defrosted especially the dumplings & beancurd knots. They were soft to the touch. I hope they didn't spoil since the driver did not ring our doorbell as instructed & it's 82° outside. The initial time of delivery was delayed from 1:30pm-4:30pm to 3-6pm. It arrived around 5pm.

The quality and texture of it is nice
