Light, mild acidity with no harsh sourness. Great for dumpling dipping sauce, pickles, and cold dishes. Good everyday rice vinegar.

It’s… fine. I’ve had better, more complex tasting rice vinegars, but this is tolerable so long as it’s combined with other stronger-tasting ingredients.

This is the best rice vinegar, and it’s made in Taiwan.
